dentons creative is a web design and development agency based in Westbury, Wiltshire, a stone’s throw from the historical city of Bath, UK. We specialise in building accessible, stylish and dynamic websites, and creating custom web based applications without fuss.

Our creative team has many years of commercial experience in the new media industry, providing websites to all types of businesses, big and small. dentons creative is part of the Dentons Directories Ltd group of companies which comprises two other divisions: dentons directory and dentonsweb.com. Dentons Directories Ltd was established in 1967.

The dentons creative team includes in-house professional designers and developers supported by a dedicated group of talented freelancers. Our set up ensures we are committed to our existing clients and are always keen to establish fresh relationships with new clients and it means you have a constant point of contact when you need it.
Neil Thorne - Web Manager
Neil has been with dentons creative since 2000. With over ten years of creative design experience, he has been central to the development and management of the agency from its inception and he has also been integral to its continued success focussing on building successful relationships with the broad base of the agency’s clients as well as the retention of the agency’s core clients. Neil specialises in CSS and XHTML techniques, usable interface design and he has extensive and proven commercial experience to design and develop accessible websites validated to, and in compliance with W3C and SEO standards. Neil has also been instrumental in the design and development of dentonsweb.com from its conceptualisation to its implementation, and he is also the agency’s point of contact should you be interested in bespoke ecommerce packages, advanced website development, feature advertising and print design services.
David Fisher - Senior Web Developer
David joined dentons creative in 2010. With over ten years of experience as a computer systems engineer, he also has excellent working knowledge of Mac OSX Tiger, Snow Leopard and the Adobe suite including MX and CS4. As a web developer, David excels at PHP (MVC, OOP), MySQL, XHTML, XML, Javascript (JQuery) and FLEX (3 & 4) techniques. Currently working alongside Neil, David is further developing and refining the deployment of dentonsweb.com as well as redefining the search engine’s data architecture for end users to experience a simple but accurate, robust and effective online business database search. David also has expanded knowledge of DNS, including nameserver and Internet DNS deployment. Further, David has extensive experience of web hosting management and brings vital experience to the creative team with expertise in Linux operating systems including Fedora Core, Ubuntu and CentOS.
Matt Tymus - Web Designer
Joining the agency in 2003, Matt is proficient in many aspects of web design and development and has created many of the agencies most successful websites. His initial experience came from two years of studying graphic design and a further two year multimedia HND at the University of Bath. Matt has a clear understanding of CSS and XHTML techniques and is a highly competent interface designer and digital illustrator. Matt also specialises in the design and development of online store solutions, in particular incorporating PrestaShop™ - the professional ecommerce shopping cart software.
Mutamba McCormack - Projects
Mutamba joined dentons creative in 2009 from a local Google certified, full-service marketing agency and brings a wealth of account management and marketing experience to the creative team. Together with Neil and David, she is currently focussed on the further development and search optimisation of dentonsweb.com in addition to broadening the agency’s client base.
